At DHI , we follow a carefully structured selection process , which start right from understanding the clients' need and functions all the way to follow-ups with both clients and candidates post recruitment . A brief description of the different stages involved in our recruitment process is given below :
Planning : In the planning stage , we assess the needs and requirements of our clients to determine the required set of skills , understand organizational behavior and relationships, the required experience and other characteristics, which are necessary for the successful candidate. We select those candidates, whose profile completely matches with the company's requirements.The initial planning enables us in identifying the needs of both the company as well as candidates , which further leads us in deciding on a search strategy to target on specific skills, education, personality , experience , location compensation package and other necessary details.After this process, we start , the search to identify the suitable candidates either from our own exhaustive database or by advertising for the position.
*Selection :
The implementation stage consists of several phases including , interviews , short-listings of candidates , informal reference checks , client interviews and formal reference checks (if required by the company).For preliminary interviews , we select the potential candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strength and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the work - culture and ethics of the clients organization. The potential candidates are contacted and interviews are conducted to find out their interest and suitability.The preliminary interviews result out in short-listing of candidates as per the requirement of the company. Reports of short listed candidate's are prepared and submitted to clients.we conduct informal reference check to verify the listed achievements and last few work experiences of the short-listed candidates.After this phase, a list is handed to the client with our recommendations and assessments.After the informal reference checks, we schedule a meeting between the shortlisted candidates and client. Our HR asks both the client and the candidates for the feedback after every interview.After Client interviews , we conduct a formal reference check of the selected candidates , if required by the company . Our team contacts individuals/companies that are capable of providing details of the candidate's qualifications, work ethics and other relevant feedback . The comments made by these references are then reviewed with the client.
*Negotiation & Offer :
We actively participate in the negotiation process including compensation. Both the client and the candidate draw on our in-depth knowledge of market compensation and benefits in order to discuss and plan a competitive and equitable package. We keep in touch with the candidate until the time he / She joins the company. After the successful candidate joins the specified company, we continue an ongoing dialogue with both the candidate and the client.
*Reference Verification:
This report is important for affirming an applicant's claims of dependability, integrity and character through contact with professional or personal references. We make three solid attempts to verify and find the information you need.
*Address Verification
Verify the candidate’s address for the last 3 to 5 years. Many Candidates move due to problems that they do not disclose to employers. This will notify the employer if the applicant is hiding anything.
*Criminal Verification
Verify if the applicant was charged with any criminal offense. This includes any arrests and convictions.

*TRAINING :
We give training to our employee periodically .Our Trainer/Instructor visit employers place whenever required.
We trained our employee According to employer requirements
*TRIAL PERIOD :
We provide a candidate for three days trial period with the charges of candidate services.
*AGREEMENT :
After trial period DHI will sign an agreement with employer.At the time of agreement employer has to pay Six thousand Rupees in advance.If employer wants to pay in EMI then employer has to pay Eight thousand Rupees in Four EMI Two thousand Rupees per month.
*OUT SOURCE SERVICES :
We provide employee on out source basic ,specially Drivers,Nanny's,Assistants & Receptionists.
*OUT SOURCE RESPONSIBILITY :
DHI take full responsibility for safe driving,non alcoholic,good attitude,good knowledge of Delhi/NCR routes,punctual and well dressed.
If traffic police do any fine for driver mistake DHI will pay that fine.DHI will be under no liability to employers in respect of loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of services supplied by DHI
* REPLACEMENT :
Except govt.holidays if employee goes on vacation DHI will send another employee with charges of his/her services.
*OUT SOURCE CHARGES :
We charges One Thousand Rupees per month except employee salary .Employee salary should be decide according to his/her experience and knowledge . On Diwali employer has to give One month salary as a bonus to the employee.
*DAILY BASIC DRIVERS
We provides drivers on daily basic also .For this service we charge only Five Hundred Rupees
It's doesn't matter you use a driver for one day or a full month .
