Project Description: Ecourts is the project of NIC. The main objective of this project is to Setup IT infrastructure of Courts across seven states in India and providing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services thereafter for five years.

Role: Project Coordinator

Job Profile

Preparing the P&L and OPS for the project and thus keeping a track on outflow and inflow.
Defining plans for Project Execution along with Project Manager and monitoring the ongoing tasks and resources working on the project.
Vendor Management – This includes
Raising Work Orders/Purchase Orders to Vendors for taking services and to purchase the material used in the project.
Tracking and verifying the Bills of the vendor against the Work Orders.
Interacting with Accounts team for getting the passed bills cleared.
Publishing daily dashboard for the work completed and in progress at all the sites.
Coordination with accounts in generation of Invoices for the work done and raising then invoice to HP.

Placing WO on Vendors and getting work done by them on time and ensuring the quality of work.
Keeping supervision on daily work and sending the daily progress report to Educomp.
Verification of vendor bills with WO and then getting those bills processed.
